Mike Scott is the incumbent Orange County Commissioner for District 62. He received 47.2% in the Aug. 18, 2026 primary, just short of a majority, and faces Lawanna Gelzer on Nov. 31. In the county voter guide he says he has worked in restaurants, hotels, theme parks and schools and has received public assistance in the past 10 years3.
