Jason Dunn has been Justice of the Peace for Montgomery County Precinct 4 since January 1, 2019, after working as a Houston Police investigator and serving on the Splendora ISD school board23. The State Commission on Judicial Conduct publicly admonished him and ordered additional education in an order issued in June 202545. He is the only candidate on the November 3, 2026 ballot for this seat1.
