Travis Jett has been the District 4 justice on the Oklahoma Supreme Court since Governor Kevin Stitt appointed him in April 20254. Before joining the court he was an appellate and civil litigation lawyer in private practice, most recently in Woodward34. This is a nonpartisan retention question: voters answer yes or no on keeping the judge, and no party is listed on the ballot7.

- Appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt on April 14, 2025, to the District 4 seat formerly held by Justice Yvonne Kauger, who was not retained by voters in November 2024456. The Judicial Nominating Commission sent the governor three candidates: Jett and district judges Donna Dirickson and Jon Parsley5. This is his first retention vote6. Under Oklahoma's system an appointed judge faces a first retention vote at a general election after serving at least a year; the State Election Board lists the District 4 seat's term as running to January 13, 203126.
