  • A three-member panel of the Supreme Court of Ohio's Board of Professional Conduct dismissed a judicial campaign complaint, filed by a supporter of incumbent Judge Kari Bloom, over her statement in an August 6, 2026 radio interview that she had been a juvenile court judge; she had been a juvenile court magistrate. The panel found she simply made a mistake and misspoke, and no sanction was imposed3.
