The Dallas County Clerk's campaign finance filing lists Omar Narvaez as a candidate for Justice of the Peace 5-23. The FFRF Action Fund, a third party that endorsed him, says he was elected to the Dallas City Council in 2017 and was a Dallas County Schools trustee from 2014 to 20174.
