Jefferson County Commissioner, District 5

Mike Bolin has represented District 5 on the Jefferson County Commission since winning a July 2023 special election¹². He served as Jefferson County probate judge from 1988 to 2004 and then 18 years as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama after his 2004 election, following 15 years in law practice¹². A lifelong Jefferson County resident with degrees from Samford University and Cumberland School of Law, he is unopposed on the November 3, 2026 ballot¹³.
