Michael J. Allen is the elected District Attorney for El Paso and Teller counties (Colorado's 4th Judicial District) and the Republican nominee for Attorney General32. He has been a prosecutor for more than 20 years, including in the Consumer Protection division of the Kansas Attorney General's Office, and served in the U.S. Navy41. He has served as district attorney since 2021 and won the 2026 Republican primary for attorney general over David Willson24.
