Business owner, Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping (candidate's own account)

Lance Farrell (Republican) is a candidate for Dallas County Board of Supervisors District 4¹. His campaign site says he is known through his business, Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping, and that he is running to bring practical leadership, responsible budgeting and thoughtful planning to one of Iowa's fastest growing counties, and that he will stand with law enforcement and EMS². The county's board page lists three current members, none of them Farrell, so he is not an incumbent³.
