Independent candidate; photojournalist and consultant

Fred Arn is an independent candidate for Bonner County Commissioner, District 1, and a longtime Sagle resident¹². He says his career includes 30 years as a photojournalist, university teaching, training work with former communist officials, and Marine Corps service². He says his campaign is about accountability for growth and land use, including the Camp Bay controversy².
