The county's Felony Division page lists Erin Stamey as First Assistant in the Criminal District Attorney's office². The county's District Attorney page says the office is currently held by James Hicks, who was appointed in May 2016³; the county's Elected Officials page also lists Hicks as the 2026 officeholder⁴.
