Jackson County legislator, 2nd At-Large District

Donna Peyton has served as a Jackson County legislator since 2023, chairs the Budget Committee and founded the Housing and Homelessness Committee¹. She previously served on the Raytown C-2 School District board¹. In KCUR's questionnaire she said she plans to vote yes on the COMBAT tax renewal, would vote to place a half-cent transit tax on the ballot, and opposes public dollars for data center construction¹.
