Cody Davis describes himself as a historian and election law expert who grew up in Illinois and moved to Naples full time in 2019¹. He says he created the Jeffersonian Party of Florida, which he says gained ballot access in October 2024, and he is its first candidate; his name appears on the ballot with the party code JEF¹. His campaign focuses on keeping Collier's character, restoring Conservation Collier funds and consistent land use decisions².
