Brian Huff is a circuit judge in the Domestic Relations Division of Jefferson County's 10th Judicial Circuit and is the incumbent for Place 1 on the November 3, 2026 ballot17. He earlier served as presiding judge of the Jefferson County Family Court, where he told a U.S. House subcommittee in 2010 that he was appointed to the bench in 2005 and elected in 20063; he lost his 2012 reelection bid2. He earned his B.A. from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law2.
