Andrea Martin is judge of the 304th Juvenile District Court in Dallas County, in office since 2014¹. She is a former Dallas County assistant district attorney who later entered private practice². She is unopposed on the November 3, 2026 ballot³.

• Public discipline: State Commission on Judicial Conduct, December 20, 2018: Public Warning and Order of Additional Education (CJC Nos. 18-0818 and 18-0876). The order says the Commission concluded that campaign mailers, videos and a fundraiser she produced jointly with another Dallas County judge during the 2018 campaign were willful violations of Canons 2B and 5(2) of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, and ordered two hours of additional instruction with a mentor⁵
